I had two current employees of Bancorp South conduct and sit in on my interview. They asked questions about my experience, expressed what they were looking for in an employee, and what I would do in certain scenarios.

Phone and in person interview. First contacted by email, phone set up then scheduled in person interview after the phone interview was passed. Felt comfortable with the interviewer and the schedule ran on time, which is a nice change from late.
