Two interviews: one screening with HR to ensure you're a good fit for the type of work environment and that you have the proper credentials and one with principal/program director to give you a tour and explain the programs offered. They make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have.

They call and ask some basic questions beforehand to make sure you are a good fit. This was followed by taking a 114 questionnaire that seemed a bit silly considering it was incredibly obvious what the "correct" answer was. My interview was scheduled for less than a week after this call and I was told I will be receiving a decision within a week of the interview. I have not yet been to the interview.
