Online Application: Applied online through their job portal. Received outreach 5 business days later to schedule an introductory phone call with a recruiter, meant to last about 20 or 30 minutes
Screening Phone Call: They started the call by checking whether or not I was okay with working an in-office role with a degree of remote flexibility.
Gave a rundown of the posted job description, the nature of the team I would be on, and broke out some of the soft/technical skills they seek in candidates. Explained some of the internal tools they use.
Asked me about my background.
Explained the next steps being a 30-minute virtual interview with the hiring manager after they finished processing other candidates in the screening process.
After the phone screening, they immediately sent a “Get to know Bandwidth” email that talked about their benefits and some information about the corporate culture.

How have you utilized your data analysis in your current role?
It was a smooth interview process, first step was a recruiter and then an in-person. I thought the questions were fair, nothing out of left field. Very friendly environment. I did have 3-4 people interview me in the same day. They rotated in and out
Very organized process. All team members were friendly and approachable! My interview was done virtually. The recruiter scheduled and followed up quickly. It seemed like a great company but I received a higher offer elsewhere.
