The Interview process started with a call from the recruiter doing a baseline interview asking about experience and career goals.
Next there was a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager going a level deeper and discussing the position more in detail, specific qualifications, etc. After that, there was an interview consisting of back to back calls with 4 people from the department (team member, managers, director, etc.). Once that was done, they would deliberate and deliver their decision.
