I was called by the recruiter first and was asked questions about my experience and why I chose to apply at their hospital. For my actual interview at that hospital, I was interviewed in a room that was for storage but was asked almost the same answers the recruiter asked. Overall the interview and interviewer was nice and went smoothly but the room the interview was held caught me off guard a little

I was contacted for a phone interview lasting about 45 minutes followed up by an observation day. The interview process in my experience was brief. I was not required to do a working interview or take any aptitude tests to check that I was knowledgeable in the job I was offered.
