I applied online and about a week later I received a call to come in for an interview. Basic "describe a time when" questions. After the interview I was invited to come back the next morning for a job shadow. I'm still waiting for a call back.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.
