Initial interview was with HR person and very scripted.
Second interview was with the regional Medical Director and some other lady. They hinted at a third face to face interview that would take place if they were interested further.
Generally a long process with interviews taking place on Friday or Monday and having to wait a few days in between to hear back. They did have the curtesy to let you know either way though.

Generic recruiter questions from someone without experience in the field. Felt like they were being read out of a book and the interviewer wasn't really listening to my answers. I don't think they really care - they'll hire anyone they can get as long as you aren't a criminal or completely crazy.
