Was referred by a friend, so I first completed a 45 minute phone interview. After this I sent them my resume which is normally sent before the phone interview. The time from referral to in-person interview with my state's Medical Director (also a vet) took about 3 weeks. Over the next two weeks I had ~3 hours of observation and interview at two of their locations I was interested in. About one week after this I received a call with an offer to work at one of the two locations.

There are 2 rounds, one with recruiter and the other with the area chief of staff. they are pretty easy taking, and the interview went really well. its not very difficult.
