I applied for the GTO program in October 2024, there was a written test on 20th October in Peshawar which I passed. Then I was called for an interview on 5th December in Peshawar, which was cleared. Then I received a call from the bank on 13th December that my final interview is on 16th Dec in Islamabad. I went for the interview and it went well. They asked questions about my family members that what they do and where. Also asked questions about leadership of the bank as well as economic situation of the country. It was great to have an interview like this. Now I'm waiting for a call from them if I was selected or not.
