Relaxed interview with comfortable flow, more like storytelling settings. Questioned most about the candidates' experiences and personality. One on one online interview, started on time, took about 20 to 25 minutes.

2-3 days after SHL test I got an email for HR user interview (I don't get to do the psychologist HR first) and I had to fill some Forms and Document scans to confirm my attendance. The interviewer came in 5 minutes late but still bearable for me because timing issues. I barely can understand what the interviewer said and its basically a basic question regarding your past 2-3 years experience at organization or daily lives, and ask it in really detail. I was interrupted by interviewer when introducing myself and it was kinda rude and yawns when I am answering my question. I also can't ask all my question properly. Which I was not expecting from big profesional bank employees. I suggest to answer it with STAR method (Situation, Task, Action and Result). I was confused because it was my first MT user interview and didn't answer it properly. I knew this method after my failed attempt of interview. I didn't get the offer and was moved to other applications.
