There is 4 parts: 1. online test, 2. hr interview, 3. user interview, 4. offering. online test was easy but there was barely enough time, answer as fast as you can and skip any hard questions. Hr interview was standard but more thorough than most. Did not reach user interview.

The interview I experience has 4 steps: 1. Computer based psychotest 2. IT MCQ test 3. Programming test 4. Interview with HR and Manager If you pass the interview then you will have another written psychotest and interview before you are accepted as a trainee.
