3 Interview phases: 1 general assessment and reasoning, 1 coding on paper, 1 on site with the manager, recruiter and an engineer. Assessment was very general and not necessarily related to programming. For coding there were 5 problems, starting from easy and going to very advanced ones. For on site, there were couple of questions regarding background, interests etc.
