No Process. The recruiter has a brief 10 minutes call. and then another call with a co-founder, Issac Hamza. They only ask you one question - Do you have contacts of investors to bring money. You are hired if you say Yes. This is a scam! they dont pay you. You dont even know whom to contact with in the company. I have been even told by someone that Bank4you asks their employees to write fake positive reviews on glassdoor. Which sounds definetly true as not even a single person who has left feedback has worked for more than 6 months. Beware!
