You are contacted by the a recruiter and they ask for your resume. After that, you are scheduled for an interview online if your resume receives positive feedback, wait for days and then you never hear again.
Nice interview, nice guy, very casual. Talked about the firm and the role, then allowed me to ask questions. Very flexible and open-ended. Not pressing or stressful. Good experience overall
