Went to a group interview with three other people, after interview ended was asked to complete a couple forms. Before I left manager asked if I had any other questions and I just had one, then he invited me back for a second interview the next day.
Two rounds and the first one is more of a bref, then if you got called back you got to do one on one interview, a little forward and kinda scary with the way they interview
The interview process was very friendly. I was asked basic questions about myself and was given the opportunity to say why I would be a good fit for the company. I was then escalated to a second interview.

Two interviews, the first is a pitch of why you should work for them, plugging their benefits and anecdotes of successful employees, the second is a 1 on 1 with some pretty straightforward questions "how motivated/driven are you, how well do you learn" just hype yourself up and you get the job.
