In hindsight, should have asked more questions about the job prior to accepting it. 1099 position, so no base pay and no benefits, but 100% commission. Great company to work for, but know what you are getting yourself into.

Took the opportunity to meet with them, but was not able to meet with the intended individual. the Individual I did interview with did not look at my resume and was more concerned about his time than what I had to offer. They also wanted me to come back to sit in on a group interview slide show to go over the company.
