I got a phone call from their HR to invite me to the first round interview after submitting my resume online for about 3 days. They offered me a number of time slots and I had to choose one. Once I arrived, there were about 10 other people there. They tell you it's a first round interview, but it's actually just a presentation of the company from the HR representative. The whole presentation took about 1hr30mins and during the presentation, I was asked to fill in a number of surveys asking why I want to join Bankers and How could I be a ideal candidate. The next day, the manager called and ask me for a second round interview, however, when I told them I am a international student, they said they couldn't hire non-US citizens.
