I am new to the full time job world, so I had other interviews going on at the same time. I wanted to give each company a fair shot and really find my passion (digital marketing). At the end of the day, I felt pressured to work here and was told the pay is generous compared to the work hours and Ill make lots of easy money. This is not the case, so far as a new agent I feel like Im making the money back that I put into training and resources still and I have to do uncomfortable and forceful selling to book appointments. This, personally, is not the career for me.
