Applied online, took a while to hear back. Got an email from the hiring manager to schedule a phone screen. Had a phone screen with hiring manager, then in person panel interview. Followed up afterwards and was told it would be about a week before she would reach back out. About 2 weeks after the panel interview, she called and offered the job.
