Panel interview of 3 people. Each asked me predefined questions that were on a printed out sheet. They took notes of my responses. I was able to ask multiple questions about benefits and about what the process was going to be for my hire. Only down side is they make you work full time for training, even if you get hired on part time.

Applied online and did a personality quiz the same day, received an email one day later for confirmation of a phone interview and did the phone interview the morning afterwards. During phone interview made an appointment for a person interview.
