Informal Panel of Management and Piers. Questions were of a general type and were a combination of Project Management technique and personality questions. It was an enjoyable interview and the panel was friendly and talkative. It was not formal and intimidating. I think the panel was looking for a good "Fit" in the organization even more than specific project management skills.
