First a phone screening and then an in person interview is scheduled. After the face to face interview, I received a call from a recruiter offering me a position. Once accepted, additional paperwork was completed to start the extensive background check.

Describe a time there was a miscommunication in the workplace
There was a group interview with about 10 interviewers in the room, they went around the table asking questions. Questions pertained to my experience level and knowledge of insurance, billing and appeals.

A lot of managers are in your interview. Might be intimidating at fist but they are so nice and professional it takes all the anxiety away from the interview. They make you feel welcomed.
