Didn't receive a response until 2 months after I applied. I got an email asking me to schedule a phone interview, which was super casual and consisted of making sure what I wanted aligned with what Banner was offering in terms of pay and available positions. I am an ADN, so she wanted to ensure that I was enrolled or at least planning on pursuing my Bachelor's degree (which I am). Then we scheduled an in person interview for the week after. They asked a bunch of behavioral type questions. I was offered a position on the spot. My first day for on boarding was two weeks after the interview, and training starts the week after that.

fiveish questions(?): one asked strengths and weaknesses
they gave me options on positions based on the location you gave them, i picked the one that i’ve heard of but if you’re adamant on a specific unit you could ask to keep waiting(?) (that’s what i’ve heard from fellow orientee)

Submitted my application online. Scheduled a phone interview over email a couple days later. Completed interview over the phone (took about 45 minutes), offer letter sent the same day. Interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions.

The interview process took a week or so. I applied online, got an email 3 days later to schedule for a phone interview. Interviewed and got an offer right after. The recruiter was super nice.
