I completed an application online. I received a phone call for an interview. I had one interview and a job offer within a few days. I brought copies of my resume, letters of recommendation and current certifications.

The interview questions were mostly behavior based questions.
Round table interview with scenario questions. Nothing too intense, but they liked a lot of detail. Engaged multiple levels of staff in process. Not much more to say but this esquires 30 words do I’ll keep tying.
It was very nerve wrecking. It was very good. They were asking general behavioral questions. I really enjoyed interviewing with them. Banner is a large hospital that takes forever to get their applications accepted and interviewed for.
