a few managers and a few fellow employees in a conference room. it was pretty brief and to the point, i think it lasted about 30 minutes total. not a lot of small talk or "get to know you" questions

Interview process included 1:1 interview with supervisor and group interview with peers. HR Interview, Physicial, Drug Test, TB Skin Test etc. Banner is a great place to work and I highly recommend a job at Banner Health.
