20 minute behavioural interview on phone with HR from Montreal office. Then direct interview with hiring manager in Calgary. Hired on the spot, and proceeded work in a few weeks. Overall very straightforward questions, if your qualifications are good, then its mostly just an informal discussion. Allowed me to take to the other analysts privately before I accepted.

Three rounds, the first round was with HR, the second one was with the manager and the senior analyst, and the last was with the director, which was more of an informal conversation.
