The recruiter seemed very unaware of the reality of the role. The information he provided didn't align with the people form the company that I spoke with. Once I met with the company it was a bit intimidating as they didn't prepare me for the mutliple people who would be coming in to speak to me. It didn't seem like any of them were aware of what role I would be placed in and often asked me to explain what role I would want. Without my asking I was told, somewhat frantically, about the many management opportunities that I could face if I take the entry level job. I was looking for entry level so I wasn't complaining or worried about where I would be after a year I just wanted a chance to get my foot in the door and learn the system and grow from there once I understood the organization and what it had to offer.
