Banza is very diligent and seems quite selective about the team members they hire. Everyone was very friendly but the process was rigorous. There were several rounds of interviews with a wide range of team members. I also had to complete a work product to demonstrate my skill level.

The first interview was with an HR or internal recruiter, then with someone working on the team I was applying for. did not make it further than that. Took about a week between each interview. All interviews were conducted online.
