Starts with screening interview with recruiter to give you a better understanding of what the job entails, followed by panel interview with the supervisor of the practice you're applying for and maybe 3 or 4 other leads.

Usual questions like how you overcame challenges in previous jobs, what are your growth expectations in the position, etc. If you prep beforehand by researching expected interview questions for MAs you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Standard process and questions. Phone interview with hiring manager followed by a panel interview with some of the staff. Panel interview was through zoom for me. Took 2 weeks to set up and complete both interviews.

Screening phone interview with a recruiter, then a panel zoom interview with my manager and three or four other staff members/managers. Final interview was informal conversation with a doctor. Everyone was friendly.
