A detailed phone interview with HR, followed by 4 1:1 interviews with line managers, potential colleagues, senior manager. Most of the interviews were concentrated on my past experience and why I did a MBA and how it would enable me perform better compared to my previous performance. Skills test - was a case study where I had to analyse a situation and explain my approach to solving the issue. It was the methodology adopted rather than a final solution that they were looking for.
