The overall process took 4 months roughly, I interviewed in June & received an email in July that I had got the job and my screening was done within a month of receiving an offer & starting the job (September).

Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.

My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
