CV online, assessment online, face-to-face interview.
Two managers escorted me upstairs and asked me to give a personal presentation. They then proceeded to tell me about my assessment scores. We then moved to the interview where they asked me environmental questions, behavioural questions and skills related questions.
It was overall a nice atmosphere and at the end of it they allowed me to ask further questions about the role.

Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.

My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
