Telephone interview. The interviewer seemed to have a very different idea about what DevOps is to my own, and took great exception to my describing nodejs as a javascript "implementation".

Apply online from their portal. In a month you will get an email regarding the interview. The interview will be around 30 min based on the role and there will be 2 persons on that pannel.
The interview was easy; mostly about soft skills like what would you do if somebody doesn't respond to you etc.
Felt a bit weird, but turned out to be quite relevant - the subsequent work was a lot about chasing people.

Q: What would you do if somebody doesn't respond to you?
It went good and the interviewer way of questioning was friendly manner. I was really impressed the company values and respect. I think this is the great place to work
