Telephone interview about basic CV questions as well as general questions about strengths and weaknesses.
Interview process included 1 interviews that were 1 on 1. Also a group exercise/test.
It was an online interview through the HireVue software. I was asked 5 questions where I had 2 minutes to prepare and 3 to answer each question. Questions were mostly about previous situations where I've shown important soft skills, such as leadership.

Online application followed by online interview. Was fairly simple compared to other places, interview consisted of verbal and written responses. They didn’t take long to get back with an outcome either.
