I went for interview in November. I was very impressed with those people. They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, they were encouraging me to give the best answers. The next day I received an answer but screening process is long. I started to work two months later and so far I love it. Company is great :)

Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.

My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
