It was a very standardized interview process, with 2 online tests (numerical and verbal reasoning) to be completed upon submitting your application online, followed by a phone interview with 12 competency/strength-based questions. If you make it to the Assessment Center, there would be a group-based activity, another strength-based interview (with 24 questions) and finally an individual case study.
