I applied online through my college career center. I didn't hear back, so I emailed the hiring manager personally. I was able to get the interview that way. I had a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview, then a super day. Found out the next day after the super day.
Asked Technicals for 30 mins straight then a few behaviorals scattered in their as well. Got reffered by an associate then got the first round it was honestly a pleasant experience

It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
