The Barclays Spring Week application process first involved filling out some information on their website. Just basic information, criminal history etc. No questions or CVs needed. After submitting my info, I got a link to do a Hirevue video interview.
This took about 30 minutes, involving around 10 questions. It was my first time doing a video interview, so I had watched videos online and read various glassdoor reviews beforehand. I would recommend dressing well (wear a suit and tie if you're a guy) and having good lighting. It also helped me to have post-its stuck to the top of my screen, near the camera, so that I could check my key points or things I wanted to mention at some point, without appearing to look away from the camera.
Around three weeks after the interview, I was contacted and asked for a CV. A week later, I got an offer.
