It is supposed to be a two round interview, since it was a contract role. First round interview with team leaders, and the second was supposed to be the boss.

There was a strange question. which position in the department would be my favourate.
It was an interview with HR. Asked very basic background question, such as why barclays capital, why risk management? I stuck on the question what is the recent development of risk management. Better to research well.

It is the first round OCR and the guy interviewed me is very tough and used to push me to the limits and if you made a mistake he would attack that relentlessly.
BS formula, implied vol, VaR, market sense are tested in the process.
Very easy braintease and not worth mentioning.
The risk management guy is not very passionate probably due to his profession as a risk manager. If you are with a passionate character, it is hard to get through. The company job description said that you should stay calm even under pressure. I am a person not calm even in daily life. Haha
