It was an on-campus interview for a summer internship (this was in 2011)
They were looking for an eagerness to learn and analytical skills.
Technical questions were basic (STL containers, memory management, etc.)

What is a bond and how does it work? (in terms of a financial instrument)
Asked Technicals for 30 mins straight then a few behaviorals scattered in their as well. Got reffered by an associate then got the first round it was honestly a pleasant experience

It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
