Very structured and detailed. No hurry in deciding the candidates. Very knowledgeable Senior leadership, exhibiting extreme Professionalism. Though the process takes time and we need to be patient, it's worth to try and get in.
Two rounds with one focussed on technical and control aspects and other focussed on values and soft skills. Its more of description of problem statement to final conclusion format in the interviews
