Applied online then invited to complete online tests followed by a 1-2-1 interview. It was very relaxed from the beginning and they send you through competencies that they will question you on well before your interview date. There was 9 competencies so I prepared by having a scenario for each competency based on the STAR approach. The full interview took about 45 minutes but I was speaking with the interviewers in between questions. They start by asking you if you know much about the role and go on to tell you the details such as the salary and the shifts etc - 6 questions were asked and then was advised about 3-5 working days later I had been successful but having to go through screening before receiving a start date:

The interview consisted of the following: 3 questions from the critical skills required for the role. Each of the 3 questions then had numerous small questions, so it was a bit hard to follow along. The interviewers also seemed to forget I was coming as there was no room booked for the interview or a place for me to sit, once we went into somebody's office. There was also only 1 interviewer, which had my internal alarm screaming, especially coming from an HR background.
