Appalling. 30 minutes scheduled over the phone. Interviewers arrived late and needed to leave early. My CV hadn’t been reviewed in preparation for the interview. No structure to the interview and only 2 generic questions were asked. There was no intent from the hiring manager to show any interest in myself as a candidate which suggested this role may have already been fulfilled. A total waste of time.
So sorry to read about your experience, that is clearly not what we would want for our candidates.
I really hope you have managed to secure another role that will develop your career.
