Graduate program. The pace was fast. In addition to the classic 3 why questions, it was also very competency-based. The timing and focus of the presentation need to be strictly controlled.

This is a graduate program. The interview is informative, interesting and engaging. It contains behavioural questions, relevant knowledge, a case study and a presentation. Most candidates are competitive, usually have very similar intern experience, or have worked at Barclays before.
