Not hard at all. Of course this was during the pandemic so it was a ln email from the HR department to send over my resume, a few days later I was set up for a phone screen then a phone interview. Not hard questions just the usual describe a time you had to work with a Diverse team, a time you failed, strength and weaknesses., wtc

Got a Zoom call several days after the application was submitted, one person asks questions, several others listening, and I was the only one answering. About half an hour, and all questions were behavioral questions. Weirdly got declined several days after the interview, but a month later, they sent me the acceptance offer.
