Started with online quizzes which were interactive and self explanatory. Then there were pre recorded interviews which seemed quite impersonable a bit disappointed that they couldn’t get designated more human interaction to those taking the time to apply.

Assessment test then super day . Super day is 2 back to back 30 mins interview with a VP and a Director. Very behavioral and conversational. A great experience interviewing at Barclays
