good, very friendly. the first round is a call with the recruitment team to determine fit, then a cv round followed by case study which is two hours long. if you pass that then you have a call with the director
Had an initial screening with HR, talked about fit, personality questions and my past projects. They were very transparent about the process and what the role entailed. Lots of benefits were mentioned and there was a lot of transparency.

There was an initial call with a Director over Teams. This was followed by an in-person case study lasting two hours. This was then followed by a final interview with a Partner and a Senior Manager.
