Even cafe workers should have a healthy appetite for books and answers prepared to demonstrate a passion for knowledge and being easily trainable.
Had a phone screen, brought in the next day for in-person, spoke to store manager and cafe manager individually for 15 minutes each, asked about ability to prioritize tasks, etc

We sat in the Cafe, where we could be present in the cafe during the interview. It was short, probably only 20-30 minutes in total. Questions could easily be prepared for by knowing the job description and knowing the top 10 most popular interview questions.
