For the Barnhart interview, they flew me to thier office in Tennessee and gave me a tour of the facilities. I was introduced to a number of employees and talked with each for 5-10 minutes a piece. After talking with the others, the interview process took place in a conference room for around 30 minutes. Later that night we met up again with a few of the employees for dinner.
