1 phone call with recruiter, 30 minutes. Then a 2nd phone interview with regional manager about 1 hour, personal and experience questions. Called back for 3rd interview , a panel of 4 people for 1.5 hours discussing mostly experience, why barracuda, translation of skills, getting to know you personally. Called back 1 day later with job offer.
